Ericka Payne
Director
Ericka Payne is the Director of E Class Learning Blocks, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood/Elementary Education, a Master of Science in Teaching Literacy, and a Master of Science in School Leadership. Mrs. Payne is a certified Pre-K – Grade 6 teacher, a school building leader, and a school district leader in the state of New York. With over 25 years of experience in education, Mrs. Payne has taught in Poland, China, New York City Department of Education, and various NYC Charter schools. Her titles have ranged from teacher, content specialist, assistant principal and district leader. Mrs. Payne is dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to provide a strong foundation for children, staff, parents, and the community to achieve a common goal of success for all.
